Kiz: ‘The packages I ordered for Christmas keep coming. These ribbons were for decoration.’

Model of Amiens Cathedral in the Gateway Cafe, Evesham

Sooze: ‘Spotted this on the way out of The Gateway Cafe in Evesham, although I didn’t hang about to find out why they had a scale model of Amiens cathedral (the helpful note says it was made ~1915) embedded in a wall recess. The cafe was a total timewarp – everything was straight out of the 70s – decor, menu and even the staff. My teacake came out burned (second one OK). Glad I didn’t read the TripAdvisor reviews before I tried it though – 1.5 stars, yikes.’
